My father took a lot of photographs when he was younger, mostly slides and many a sunset. As kids, we used to love looking at the pictures, but would make fun of Pops when we got to what seemed like an endless array of sunset pictures. I now find myself taking many a sunset (and sunrise) picture where ever I travel. It may seem like they are all the same, but look closely and you will see the differences.

As my kids were growing up, they used to complain because I always had my camera and was always taking pictures. Then when the started to really look at the pictures and realized I was taking shots from my perspective, a different angle they they had seen, they seemed to appreciate it more.

I hope you enjoy looking at my photos as much as I enjoy taking them. And if you purchase one or two, that's okay too.
